Nestled in the heart of nature beside the South Luangwa National Park, in Zambia, which has an area of 9050 square kilometers.
ZAMBEZ.IO is proud to be the world’s first Net Positive Safari Lodge. Using the net positive paradigm, we can make our homes with REFUGI.Co natuarlly luxurious as well as inherently regerative.
We offer an unmatched living experience on 36 hectares of land. Of this, 10 hectares are dedicated to agriculture to provide fresh, local food. There is a private residential area of 1.5 hectares for housing, and a community area with buildings and spaces for socializing and dining of 1.5 hectares. The remaining land is reforested to preserve natural beauty.
This private plot is naturally marked by a 100-meter hill to the south and the Msandile River to the east. To the west, the D104 Road offers good connectivity, being just 10 km from Mfuwe Airport. Located in the game reserve of South Luangwa National Park, it provides a unique experience that delights those who live and stay here while giving back to the environment. It truly is a paradise in Zambia.
